| Bio | Ms. Fenell is an employee of the Prince George's County Fire Department. For a decade, she served her town as mayor of Colmar Manor, securing state funding to design the Colmar Manor Community Center. She organized the neighborhood watch program and served on the Governor's Affordable Housing Trust Board. Prior to Mayor she served for 5 years on the town Council and is former Vice President, Prince George's County Elected Women. | ||
