	Bio	Ms. Brown is an attorney by profession and has been a resident of Prince George’s County since 1988.  She specializes in wireless telecommunications practicing before the Federal Communications Commission.  She is also a certified EEOC counselor, union organizer fighting for better wages and working conditions, and co-founder and CEO of Last Mile Broadband LLC, which provides high-speed service to under-served areas in Maryland.  Ms. Brown is President of Windbrook Area Citizens Association and her top priorities include quality education, affording housing, and guaranteed health care.
