	Bio	Delegate Cardin was elected to the Maryland House of Delegates in 2002 representing District 11 in Baltimore County. Delegate Cardin has served as Chairman of the Election Law subcommittee of the Ways and Means Committee since 2007 and previously served on the Tax & Revenue and Education subcommittees.  He focuses his legislative agenda on election law, the tax code, education reform and environmental policy
