	Bio	Senator Brian Frosh was first elected to the General Assembly in 1986 and to the Senate since 1995 representing District 16 in Montgomery County where he serves as Chair of the Senate Judicial Proceedings Committee since 2003.  He has played a major role in shepherding landmark legislation on gun safety, increased protections for victims of domestic violence, expanding the state’s DNA database to help police catch criminals, and has been a leader in getting assault weapons and other dangerous firearms off our streets.
