| Bio | Todd Turner has served on the Bowie City Council for the past eight years and for the past eleven years, as a staff member at the Prince George’s County Council. He supported the creation and implementation of the new Bowie Police Department and hiring of a diverse group of Bowie Police Officers and Command Staff. He advocated for Bowie’s first new school in thirty years, Northview Elementary, which opened in 2007 and was instrumental for traffic signal and crosswalks. | ||
