| Bio | Mr. Rushern Baker IV is the son of County Executive, Rushern Baker III. Mr. Baker began his career as an Arts Program Coordinator for the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission. Mr. Baker is now a lecturer at the University of Maryland and a committee member of Emerging Art Advocate and hopes to channel his passion for public service and leadership into real change. |
