| Bio | Delegate Howard has represented the 24th district since 1988. Delegate Howard currently serves as the Deputy Speaker Pro Tem and is a member of the House Ways and Means Committee where she is the chair of the Transportation and Telecommunications Subcommittee. She is also a member of the Legislative Black Caucus of Maryland, Maryland Veterans Caucus, Joint Audit Committee and a member of the executive board for the Women Legislators of Maryland. | ||
