For the past three years, this committee held a Free Workshop on "Putting $$$ Back in the Pockets of Home owners. This workshop had a panel of members who provided tools and tips for homeowners on:

(1) Programs for 1st time buyers and those who have not owned a home in 3 years
(2) Understanding Home owner insurance and escrow analysis
(3) How to Fight the Banks and stay in your home
(4) Understanding your Credit
(5) What to look for in your HOA Budget and what questions to ask
(6) Energy Programs for your home
(7) How to Appeal your Property Taxes

They will be hosting monthly workshops to educate and empower homeowners.
