Grant Partnership Program
Target Audience: Nonprofits who are new to the grant process
Length of Program: 4 weeks
Program Description: Nonprofits and Businesses who want to partner on grants.
Program Description: Our GAP Program brings together PFCC Members (nonprofits or businesses) who want to partner on grants in the area of Education, Health, Housing, Public Safety, Re-entry, and Technology. They meet weekly to identify grant opportunities, assess community needs, and pull together teams to write the grant proposals.
While Prince George’s County has over 4,300 nonprofits, 81% have budgets of $25,000 or less. We are working with our members to get them grant-ready, show them how to partner with other entities, and help them increase their capacity to deliver services.
We are currently partnering on grants for the 21s Century Learning Programs, Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, Youth Opportunity Fund, and the Governor’s Office of Crime Control and Prevention.
